Question 1: The University had a record enrollment of 35,568 students last year and is expected to have a record or near record again this year. How has this enrollment affected you?
“The Texas State buses are incredible packed and there’s never room on there and there’s no parking spaces in the commuter lots.”
Question 2: What bus do you ride to campus? How long do you have to wait for the bus usually?
“Ranch Road 12 and I usually have to wait 25 to 30 minutes sometimes longer.”
Question 3: Should the university continue to grow?
“I mean growth is never a bad thing but they do need to get more buses, more parking spaces or stop growing.
Question 4: Did the size of the university influence your decision to come here?
“Not really no, the location nor the size did.”
Question 5: Have you been affected by the size of classes since the enrollment increase?
“Being in upper-level classes hasn’t been a problem there’s not that full classrooms.”
Question 6: What about your first couple years? Was it difficult to get into classes?
“It wasn’t too difficult but I know people who couldn’t get into classes so they had problems.”
